Leah Ross joined the Lake Cities staff in June 2013 as the Children’s Minister. She and her husband Cameron have been married since July of 2012, and are loving life together. She graduated with honors from ACU with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2009, and continues to have a strong passion for teaching children of all ages. She is a child at heart, and will not hesitate to crawl on the floor with children, even in her Sunday best. Leah is a born and raised Texan, and cannot imagine living anywhere else. She is a huge movie and television buff, and a self-proclaimed nerd. On any given night, you would find her eating popcorn and watching a favorite movie or TV show. Leah is also passionate about praising Jesus through song, and you will often find her singing soprano for the praise team.

Leah has big dreams for the Children’s Ministry. Her ongoing goal is to create a loving environment where children grow into a sincere relationship with Jesus. Whether it is in Bible class, Kids Praise/Celebration, or any event LC Kids hosts, the sharing of Jesus’ love will be the focus. She is always giving hugs and high-fives, and will go out of her way to make a child smile. She desires a one-on-one relationship with every child that walks through the doors, and will strive to be a source of encouragement whenever needed.  She is looking forward to growing and thriving with the LC Kids ministry.
